The follow-up is a collaborative initiative dedicated to taking theory into production. Built exclusively for conference workshop participants. No promotional pitches, just support, strategy, and peer building.
The kickoff followup call
Join your speaker-led cohort for a 45-minute tactical kickoff.
The speaker will outline the core task, detail prerequisites
(such as offline model options or assessment parameters), and
assign homework with clear timelines.
Guided homework and support
This is the work phase. Build out your ROI model, run your
offline instance, or configure your agents. Share screenshots, tackle
barriers, ask security questions, and troubleshoot collaboratively
in the dedicated WhatsApp group.
Final review and showcase
We meet again. Cohort members showcase their working models
and roadmaps. Get final feedback directly from the speakers,
learn from other participants‘ execution styles, and solidify your
next audit steps.
